A Complete Operating System for Track Days

2026

Lapvio is a three-surface platform that connects the entire track-day world: a consumer app where drivers build their racing identity, a SaaS suite organizers use to run events, and a branded portal that ties every event back to both. We designed, branded, and built the whole ecosystem — turning a fragmented, spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp industry into a single, modern product.

01 — THE CHALLENGE

An Entire Industry Run on Spreadsheets, Screenshots, and Memory

The track-day world is large but completely unconnected. Organizers manage events across spreadsheets, email chains, and messaging apps — manually chasing registrations, payments, run-group assignments, and instructor schedules.

Drivers, meanwhile, have nowhere to keep their history: every lap time, every circuit, every car lives in screenshots and memory. There is no Strava for this sport, no LinkedIn for instructors, no clean way for an organizer to look professional online.

The platform had to serve three very different users at once. It needed to:

- Give drivers a single identity — history, garage, circuits, and achievements in one place

- Give organizers real tools to run events instead of spreadsheets

- Connect events, drivers, instructors, and organizers into one network

- Stay fast and premium across every device

- Work across countries and languages out of the box

- Keep every organizer's data fully isolated and secure

- Remain flexible enough to grow into a marketplace
