Daily financial reconciliation is a critical task, yet most teams of small ecommerce owners were working across disconnected tools, inconsistent data formats, and manual matching that left too much room for error. Small mistakes had real consequences: missed payments, duplicated work, and limited visibility into the company’s actual revenue picture.

The core challenge was to create a platform that would:

  • unify data from multiple sources
  • bring repeatability and trust to the reconciliation process
  • highlight exceptions without overwhelming users

We defined the product pillars, user flows, and matching logic — ensuring the platform didn’t simply automate a broken process but rebuilt it into a clean, dependable system.
Instead of manual comparing and checking, the platform continuously ingests new data, applies structured matching rules, and flags only the items that truly need human attention. The interface follows established SaaS usability patterns, keeping the experience accessible even for users with no financial or technical background.

Users can:
